Agentic Quebec Inc. is our official English name and Quebec Agentique Inc. our official French name. Both are on the Quebec enterprise register; the French one is spelled without an accent.
Common spelling
People naturally type « Québec Agentique » with the accent. That is us too; the accent is simply not part of the registered name.
